You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched. As with all UK Pharmacies, we are obliged to accept unwanted medicines back from patients. The Department of Health however, states that medicines returned to pharmacies cannot be reissued to other patients. Any medication that is sent to us that is either opened, not needed or expired is Safely and Securely disposed of. It is your responsibility to contact Pharmacy First by email or phone to advise us of your intention to return. However, should you be unable to arrange for your medication to be redelivered, provided this happens within a 30-days window.
Please note that we cannot accept any make-up or cosmetic items returns for health and hygiene reasons.
Cancellations & Return of Unwanted Items
It is your responsibility to contact Pharmacy first to advise us of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) within 30 days of delivery of them.
Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us for a refund. In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal care/nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. We will not refund your order unless the item/(s) are in saleable condition upon return. You will be liable for the cost of returning items to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that due to the current pandemic all returns are quarantined for 5 working days. After such period, the return is inspected and processed accordingly. You’re entitled to return your items within 14 working days and receive a full refund. Please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your items by completing the form on our contact us page. Alternatively, notify a member of our Customer Service team.
Additionally, in the unlikely event that items have arrived damaged, this must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the order, Any reports after this period may not be honoured. Once you’ve notified our Customer Care team about returning your items, please arrange postage back to our pharmacy address.
